My journey
I fell in love with yoga in 2010 when I realized how much it helped to ground me in the earth, my body, and my mind. Yoga was my introduction to mindfulness and allowed me bring presence into my daily life to improve my mental health. In 2023 I became a 200 hr RYT so that I could inspire peace and presence that elevates the collective wellbeing and human consciousness. I want to help people take a pause in their hectic and busy lives by guiding them through breath and movement that helps heal their mind-body-soul connection. In addition to the practice and philosophy of yoga, I have deep curiosity and passion for the healing arts which has led to to study sound healing, meditation, breath work, and energy work.
